The main goal of our food safety program is to meet or exceed federal, state and local food safety regulations. By identifying areas of improvement in food safety and sanitation processes and providing methods to improve procedures or employee behaviors, we can minimize risk and liability. Our President and Chief Operating Officer has been working with the National Restaurant Association's Education Foundation on the development of the New ServSafe Exam coming out this fall. We are very proud of him and feel that his involvement in this endeavor will help us provide you a more comprehensive class experience.

We presently do not have any classes scheduled for 2016.

We require at least 20 students per class in order to schedule a class.

Once you complete the online course and are ready for the exam, please contact us at (985) 629-1276 or corporate@foodsafetyedu.net to schedule the exam and proctor. Cost for exam and proctor fee is $101.00
